I basically handed over the reigns to Hubs for dinners this week because I've got so much going on. He decided on BLTAM's {Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado & Mayo} on marbled rye bread for tonight and they were DEEEEEELISH. BLT's are really a perfect example of a simple thing that just works so well.
And because I was still hungry after eating one BLTAM, I made myself a little runny egg on toast snack. Yummmmmmmm.
