Leftovers!
My friend Connie recently asked me about my blog, "Don't you guys EVER eat leftovers for dinner?!?"
The answer to that is, yes, but not that often. We eat leftovers for lunches the next day and we purposely try to not make a ton of extra food so that doesn't leave us with much in the way of leftovers for dinners.
But every now and then it does happen, like tonight. Are you happy now, Connie?? :)
