Buffalo Cheddar Chicken Breasts

What's for Dinner? 4/25/2010

This was another one of those nights where we had no idea what to make. All we knew was that we had chicken breasts thawed.


I ended up just pouring some Frank's Red Hot Sauce over the chicken breasts and letting them marinate for about 30 minutes. Then I baked the breasts at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. During the last 5 minutes of cooking I sprinkled some shredded cheddar on top.

It turned out tasty...{but what thing covered in buffalo sauce DOESN'T taste good?!?}

Green beans, mashed potatoes & a dinner roll rounded out a nice meal.

  2. We...well, I should say that Taylor made this tonight and it was great! It think that this Frank's sauce is going to be my ketchup!!!!!
