Chicken Fajitas {What's for Dinner? 4/13/2010}

Fajitas are such a great thing.

Have you ever met someone who doesn't like fajitas? I haven't! Plus, they're so easy. There's no secret to them or long, drawn out recipe. It's just grilled beef or chicken on tortillas with toppings.

We bought some of the pre-marinated Cilantro & Lime chicken breasts from the grocery store, which were perfect for fajitas. The toppings included onion, bell pepper & jalepeno grilled in aluminum foil packets, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream {not pictured}. We served refried black beans {from a can} on the side.
