Really Good Repeat {What's for Dinner? 4/12/2010}


Recognize this? That's because it's a repeat! I actually featured this meal as my very first What's For Dinner? post back in January. It was good then, and it's good now.

I seriously cannot praise this recipe enough! I know it may not look like the tastiest thing in the world, but OH MY...the flavors just pop and burst in your mouth.

Plus, the whole thing from start to finish takes about 20 minutes. Did you hear that? 20 minutes!
